Color Cartridge Filling Processes ;
COLOR PART FILLING:
-Before starting refilling, make sure that the head of the
cartridge(nozzles) is clean and not dry.
-Start the machine.
-The machine tests itself at the opening and warns the user if there is
any defect or problem.
-Press RESET button.
-When you see "Ekinox System Ready" signal on the screen, insert the
related needles into the cartridge.
-Press the Y/M/C in sequence or Canon Black or Unit B Button depending on
your choice.
-Your machine will automatically adjust ink level.
-You will see on the screen when your cartridge is filled. If your
cartridge isn't filled, you will see a signal on the screen informing you
that it is not filled. In such a case, restart the filling operation.
-To cancel operations, always press RESET button.
FILLING VIA CLIPS:
-Attach filling via clip tube to the related clip which you would
like to refill.
-Press RESET button.
-When you see "Ekinox System Ready" signal on the screen, press "filling
via clips" button.
-Choose a time. 10,20,30,40
-Press "filling via clips" button again.
-This unit takes its ink from UNIT B TANK.
VACUUMING:
1. VACUUMING FROM NOZZLES:
-Take out the vacuum needle and hold (put it on) it on the head of the
cartridge.
-Press VACUUM button.
-Please keep the vacuum on the cartridge continuously without seperating
vacuum from the cartridge.
2. VACUUMING WITH NEEDLE:
-When you see "Ekinox System Ready" signal on the screen, insert the
needle into the cartridge.
-Press VACUUM button.
3. VACUUMING WITH CLIPS:
-Take out the vacuum needle.
-Attach the tube to the clip.
-Press VACUUM button.
